Cincinnati Bengal’s Rookie First Round Pick Shemar Stewart was the reason for a big scrub at training camp on Wednesday.

Stewart rushed during 11-to-11 exercises when he lost his foot and fell in quarterback Joe Burrow and knocked him on the grass.

In training camp, it is highlighted across the NFL not to hit quarterback to avoid any chance of injury. Even if Stewart did not mean to do so, Bengals’ offensive line took exception and tension ran high between teammates.

The shoe was caught on video, although it did not seem to escalate into something too physical.

In practice, several offensive linemen expressed their dissatisfaction with Stewart’s actions.

“Just be smarter … great player, [but] It’s all our hopes and dreams right there, “Center Ted Karras told journalists.” We also have to be better. It’s on us. “

Right Guard Lucas Patrick also pointed some of the blame to himself.

“Must protect # 9. Starts with me in front,” Patrick said, pr. Cincinnati Enquirer. “I have to play better and protect better, but you can’t let # 9 get hit.”

Stewart was a spotlight early in Bengal’s training camp, as he still had not signed his rookie deal due to contract language involving warranties. He left previously mandatory mini stamp because of the situation.

After the resistance was completed, the 17th total election finally accepted his agreement.

The Bengals allegedly tried to restructure the way their first round-rookie contracts are executed, which would allow the team to cancel future guarantees.

“I am 100% right,” he said of his attitude about his rookie deal in June. “I do not ask for nothing that you (Bengals) have never done before. But in that case, you just want to win arguments (more) than win more games.”

Stewart had attended meetings under MiniCamp, but was not getting on the field. He did not report to training camp earlier this week that disturbed Bengals -performing Duke Tobin.

“I think Shemar should be here,” Tobin told journalists. “I don’t want to blame Shemar. He listens to the advice he pays for. I understand or believe or believe in the advice, but I don’t pay for it. If I felt we were treating him unfairly as it doesn’t know all the other draft elections in this year’s draft, it might be another story. But we’re not. I don’t really understand where things are.”
