Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles, opens up her relationship with magnificent daughter.
In a speech with Jennifer Hudson about daughter Beyoncé’s teenage child, Blue Ivy, Knowles reveals that she is giving advice to the younger women in the family.
“Her and her mother are really tight, which is why they don’t need me to give much advice,” Knowles told Hudson before adding, “they tell me to remember my business.”
“I feel like the teenage years are the hardest, but it gets better and you get what you put in,” she said, adding, “That’s what I really believe. The more you put in your children, the More love and care and support you give them the more you get out of it.
Elsewhere in the interview, Knowles added: “I’ve been so blessed in my life to do many things. I’ve had many careers, but I’ve always said that the best job I’ve ever had is to be a mother.”
She continued: “I have had the privilege of raising and helping raising four daughters … two who were born to me and two who was a gift to me from God. You know I was something of a rebellious teenager and A young adult and I did not always follow the rules, but the day I became a mother, I decided this was a thing that I would not screw together.
