Biden slammed after Women’s Day Posts After Allowing Trans Athlet Crisis

Former President Joe Biden made a post on X Saturday to celebrate International Women’s Day, but many Americans made it a point to call the record for his administration and party in enabling Trans athletes to compete in women’s sports.

During the bite’s presidency, he signed an executive order that enabled trans athletes to compete in women’s and girls’ sports, tried to rewrite title IX to enable it and even tried to punish states to take their own steps to fight the problem.

Since the bite left the office, Democrats in Congress and state governments have done plenty to fight Republican attempts to tackle the question.

For the bite, this manifested this in a wave of criticism against his festive post on Saturday.

Critics included rep. Brandon Gill, R-TX, who released a screen shot of the representative’s house votes on the protection of women and girls in the Sports Act, which 203 Democrats voted against. The bill was then filibusted in the Senate when 45 Democrats voted against it.

XX-XY ATHLETICS, SPORTSWEAR brand dedicated to promoting activism to protect female athletes from trans inclusion, paralyzed the bite to “erode” women’s rights.

Other Americans shared their own thoughts.

“They don’t succeed when men take over their space,” an X user wrote.

Another X user wrote, “is that why you humiliated our women by putting men in women’s sports? To ask for my sisters and daughters? Or do you even know you did?

“Hey Joe. What is a woman? Is your way of celebrating it by letting men into women’s sports? To remove the identity of actual women?” wrote another user.

The bite’s record to allow Trans athletes to compete in the sports of women and girls became one of the greatest vulnerabilities of the Democratic Party of the 2024 election.

On the first day of his presidency in January 2021, Biden signed a Executive Order on “Prevention and fighting discrimination on the basis of gender identity or sexual orientation.”

This order included a section that read, “Children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the toilet, the dressing room or school sport.”

In March 2023 Democrats agreed to a transgender rights bill and suggested A decision “Recognizes that it is the duty of the federal government to develop and implement a transgender bill for rights.” The resolution specifically called for federal law to ensure that biological men can “participate in sports on teams and in programs that best adapt to their gender identity; [and] Use school facilities that best adapt to their gender identity. “

Then in April 2023, Biden’s Department of Education suggested a rule change that would have punished schools To prevent trans athletes from competing in women’s sports.

The proposal was titled “Nondiskrimation on the basis of sex in educational programs or activities receiving federal financial assistance: Sex -related eligibility criteria for male and female athletic teams”

The rule would officially have banned individual states from banning participation in one-sex sports by gender identity rather than just sex. There are 23 states in the United States that have legislation in place to limit trans athletes from competing as women in public school sports.

In April 2024, Biden issued a sweeping title IX rewriting, which issued a ban on “sex” discrimination in schools covers discrimination based on gender identity, sexual orientation and “pregnancy or related conditions.” The rule came into force on August 1, and for the first time the law stated that discrimination based on sex includes behavior related to a person’s gender identity.

As a result, more than two dozen lawyers generally sued the rule and argued that it would come into conflict with some of their state legislation blocking trans -tight students in participating in women’s sports.

The Supreme Court turned down an emergency request from Biden to enforce the rewrite in states that defied the rewrite in August.

Then, when the election came around the Novemeber, the bite’s record of the issue may have rejected on his party when they lost the White House, the Senate and the House of Representatives.

ONE National Exit Poll Made by the affected women for America Legislative Action Committee found that 70% of moderate voters saw the issue of “Donald Trump’s resistance to trans -bright boys and men playing girls and women’s sports and by transient boys and men using girls and women’s bathrooms” as important to them.

In addition, 6% said it was the most important question of all, while 44% said it was “very important.”

After President Donald Trump returned to office, he signed an executive order banning trans athletes in women’s and girls’ sports on February 5th. However, many democratic states have refused to comply with the order so far, despite the fact that most Democrats are against it.

A recent New York Times/Ipsos Survey Found that the vast majority of Americans, including a majority of Democrats, do not think transking athletes should be allowed to compete in women’s sports. Of the 2,128 people who participated, 79%said that biological men who identify themselves as women should not be allowed to participate in women’s sports.

Of the 1,025 people who identified themselves as Democrats or inclined Democrat, 67%said transkon athletes should not be allowed to compete with women.
