Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) President Bilawal Bhutto Zardari warned that Pakistan would take more aggressive actions if India goes ahead with plans to construct new channels or dams on the three rivers flowing into Pakistan.

“If they were to act on it, Pakistan has been very clear: We would consider that an act of war,” he said.

In a speech at a press conference in London on Wednesday, Bilawal warned that the risk of a nuclear conflict between Pakistan and India could become a reality if New Delhi performs his threat to suspend the Indus Waters Treaty (IWT), called the move “Water terrorism” and a war.

“India and Pakistan are bound by the conditions of IWT. India will have to go back and withdraw his threat,” he said, referring to the ongoing tensions between the two nuclear -armed neighbors.

Bilawal, who leads a parliamentary delegation to get international support to Pakistan in the midst of rising tensions with India, expressed pride in Pakistan’s military strength. He praised the leadership of Coas Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir.

“We are proud that the Pakistani army won the war against India. Pakistani army proved that it can defeat India, both on the military and the diplomatic front,” he added.

The PPP leader also raised concerns about India’s role in transnational oppression and pointed to Western intelligence certificates suggesting Indian commitment to terrorism on foreign soil, including the killing of Hardep Singh Nijjar in Canada and the murder attempt at Sikhs for Justice Leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannun in the United States.

Bilawal stated that despite India’s efforts to push for a tale of Pakistan’s commitment to the Pahagam attack, the Western world has refrained from sitting with India because of evidence of its involvement in terrorism beyond its borders.

“India is involved in terrorism on Western soil, they hide the truth from their own people,” he said.

He also condemned Indian Foreign Minister Jaishankar’s threats of “strike deep inside Pakistan,” called them the rhetoric a warmer rather than a diplomat. He called India a “terrorist state” and said its targeting of Sikh had been postponed globally.

The PPP leader also commented on the lack of evidence from India regarding the Pahagam attack, emphasizing that India had provided no identity of the so-called terrorists involved.

Bilawal welcomed US President Donald Trump to mediate between India and Pakistan and called it a pragmatic approach. He noted that India’s efforts to sabotage peace initiatives would not succeed.

“Kashmir is not a bilateral question, it’s an international question,” he said, adding that India had no choice but tackling the matter on a global scene.

He concluded by announcing that Pakistan would soon present a new dossier to the international community where he exposed the role of India in terrorism and puts the “true face” of the Indian aggression.

After successful visits to Washington, New York and London, the Pakistani delegation arrived at Brussels on Wednesday.

Upon arrival, the delegation was warmly received by Pakistan’s ambassador to the European Union, Belgium and Luxembourg, Rahim Hayat Qureshi, along with officials of the Pakistani Embassy.

The delegation is scheduled to meet senior officials from the European Union and Belgium. These meetings treat India’s disinformation campaign, where parliamentary delegation gives a robust answer to India’s aggressive attitude and highlights its intentions of Pakistan.

The delegation will also engage in leading European think tanks and international media representatives to further discuss the ongoing conflict and the importance of a peaceful decision.

The delegation’s mission is to debunk Indian propaganda after the recent escalation in tension between India and Pakistan.

The delegation, appointed by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, aims to present Pakistan’s attitude towards the conflict and emphasizes the need to solve the Jammu and Kashmir question in line with the united nations’ security council’s resolutions and the hopes of the Kashmiri people.

The members of the delegation include Minister of Climate Change, Dr. Musadik Masood Malik, chairman of the Senate Standing Committee for Climate Change and Environmental Harmony Senator Sherry Rehman, chairman of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee for Foreign Affairs Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar, former Minister of Minister of Commerce Khurram Dastgir and MQM’s parliament’s leader in Senate Senator Sabzwari.
