Bill Belichick allegedly examines the possibility of making a larger step within his camp, a week after greater control of his interview with CBS.
North Carolina Tar Heels football coach has been in conversations with at least one Public Relations expert with the hope of increasing interest in her book and the program in general for months, sources told Pro Football Talk on Sunday.

Belichick had been under the limelight since the interview was sent last weekend. It should be an easy conversation about his book and the people he mentioned or not mentioned, including his 24-year-old girlfriend Jordon Hudson, who was described as Belichick’s “Creative Muse.”
A simple question about how Belichick had met Hudson was lobbed to the legendary NFL coach. Hudson captured it and shut it down. The moment immediately triggered a wide range of studies.
Everyone from a relationship expert to “Saturday Night Live” weighs in on the incident.
Belichick broke his silence on the debate on Wednesday, defended his girlfriend and accused CBS of creating a “false tale” with “selectively edited” clips.

“Unfortunately, this expectation was not honored during the interview. I was surprised when non -related topics were introduced, and I repeatedly expressed to the reporter, Tony Dokoupil, and the producers, whom I preferred to keep the conversation centered on the book,” the coach said.
“After this happened several times, Jordon, which I share both a personal and professional relationship, stepped in to repeat this point to help focus the discussion. She did not derive any specific question or topic, but merely did her job to make sure the interview remained on track. Flight to the Palm Beach in 2021.
“The last eight-minute segment does not reflect the productive 35-minute conversation we had, which covered a wide range of topics related to my career. Instead, the selectively edited clips and still images from just minutes of the interview to suggest a false narrative-to Jordon tried to control the conversation-simply is not true.”
CBS later responded with its own statement.

“When we agreed to talk to Mr. Belichick, it was for a broad interview,” the company said. “There were no prerequisites or limitations for this conversation. This was repeatedly confirmed with his publisher before the interview took place and after it was completed.”
