North Carolina Tar Heels football coach Bill Belichick broke his silence Wednesday after a TV interview triggered setback against him and his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson.
Belichick appeared on “CBS News Sunday Morning” and was asked a question of how he and Hudson met. Belichick promoted his new book, describing Hudson as his “Creative Muse.” Of course, a few questions came up about their relationship. When interviewer Tony Dokoupil asked how they met, Hudson closed the question.

The interaction triggered a ton of setback against the couple. Belichick tried to knock it all out in his statement.
“I agreed to talk to ‘CBS SUNDAY MORNING’ to promote my new book, ‘The Art of Winning – Lessons From My Life in Football.’ Before this interview, I clearly communicated with my publicist at Simon & Schuster that all promotional interviews I participated would accept to focus solely on the content of the book, ”he said.
Belichick said he was “surprised” to get the questions about his relationship, and when Hudson entered, she did her job. He continued to accuse CBS of creating a “false tale” with so -called “selectively edited clips.”

“Unfortunately, this expectation was not honored during the interview. I was surprised when non -related topics were introduced, and I repeatedly expressed to the reporter, Tony Dokoupil, and the producers, whom I preferred to keep the conversation centered on the book,” he said. “After this happened several times, Jordon, which I share both a personal and professional relationship, stepped in to repeat this point to help focus the discussion. She did not derive any specific question or topic, but merely did her job to make sure the interview remained on track. Flight to the Palm Beach in 2021.
“The last eight-minute segment does not reflect the productive 35-minute conversation we had, which covered a wide range of topics related to my career. Instead, the selectively edited clips and still images from just a few minutes of the interview to suggest a false tale-to Jordon tried to control the conversation-is simply not true.”

Belichick, 73, and Hudson, 24, have been linked since last year. She has been seen with him at several events, including the February’s NFL Head Certificate.

Hudson has been more involved in Belichick’s professional life from late, according to several reports. Their relationship is definitely set to be a topic of conversation through the college football season.
