Bill Belichick’s daughter-in-law slammed North Carolina Tar Heels coach’s girlfriend in a comment on Instagram when Julian Edelman defended the 24-year-old woman.
Jen Belichick, wife of Bill’s son Steve, weighed in with his own opinion when Edelman said that Jordon Hudson was just doing his job as a PR representative of chime and closing a question she or her boyfriend would not talk about.

Comedian Nikki Glaser agreed with Edelman and complained that “people are out for blood.”
“Publicists act in a professional way and not” storms “out of postponing an interview,” wrote Jen Belichick in response to Glaser.
Jen Belichick referred to the TMZ Sports report, where Hudson delayed Bill Belichick’s interview with “CBS News Sunday Morning” for approx. 30 minutes because she allegedly “stormed” off set.
Edelman said on the “Dudes on Dudes” podcast that “people get an unreasonable reality for what’s going on.”

Bill Belichick broke his silence on the debate on Wednesday, defended his girlfriend and accused CBS of creating a “false tale” with “selectively edited” clips.
“Unfortunately, this expectation was not honored during the interview. I was surprised when non -related topics were introduced, and I repeatedly expressed to the reporter, Tony Dokoupil, and the producers, whom I preferred to keep the conversation centered on the book,” the coach said.
“After this happened several times, Jordon, which I share both a personal and professional relationship, stepped in to repeat this point to help focus the discussion. She did not derive any specific question or topic, but merely did her job to make sure the interview remained on track. Flight to the Palm Beach in 2021.
“The last eight-minute segment does not reflect the productive 35-minute conversation we had, which covered a wide range of topics related to my career. Instead, the selectively edited clips and still images from just minutes of the interview to suggest a false narrative-to Jordon tried to control the conversation-simply is not true.”

CBS responded to Belichick’s statement later Wednesday.
“When we agreed to talk to Mr. Belichick, it was for a broad interview,” the company said. “There were no prerequisites or limitations for this conversation. This was repeatedly confirmed with his publisher before the interview took place and after it was completed.”
