Josh Allen defeated a scary moment in the first quarter to lead Buffalo Bills to a dominant victory over the New York Jets Sunday afternoon.

The star Quarterback was in the shotgun when he took Snap, falsified a handover and tried to find a nail between his offensive line. Allen pigeons forward and seemed to hit his head against a player’s knee.

CBS Sideline Reporter Tracy Wolfson gave an update minutes later.

“Josh Allen came out and held out under his nose,” Wolfson said. “He was bleeding violently with a team of doctors surrounding him tried to dampen that bleeding. They finally added some cotton in the nostril. He’s back out there’s good to go.”
