Bobby Brown recently became honest about healing after the death of his two children, Bobby Brown Jr. and Bobbi Kristina and former wife Whitney Houston.
The 56-year-old American singer-songwriter and actor appeared in the 19th May episode of Jennifer Hudson Show, Where he opened up his great loss and revealed that he has been in therapy to “work through” his grief after his children and ex-wife.
By expressing his feelings, Brown asked, “Lots of prayer, first and foremost, it absolutely took me to the point where I accepted therapy in my life. I agreed to go to a therapist and really train all the problems I had within me.”
He continued to share that he received professional help with the support of his five remaining children and especially his wife, Alicia Etheredge-Brown.
The Grammy winner said, “Also just family … to be there for me when I was down and when I didn’t feel right and when the times got tough.”
“They are still there because it doesn’t stop. It’s not like it’s just going away. It’s going to be with you forever, but it’s all about dealing with it and really paying attention to yourself. Be aware of how you feel that day and let someone know how you feel that day. You know, don’t hold it inside,” Brown noted.
For the unwarterized, Don’t be cruel Croner’s daughter Bobbi Kristina died due to a combination of drowning and drug abuse at the age of 22 on July 26, 2015.
His son, Bobby Brown Jr, died due to drug overdose at the age of 28 in November 2020.
It is relevant to mention that at the age of 48, Whitney Houston was found lifeless at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, on February 11, 2012.
