The body of Pakistani national Yasir Khan, who was martyred in an Israeli and US attack on Iran’s Bandar Abbas port, was brought back to Pakistan on Tuesday.

Along with Yasir’s body, three injured youths from Karachi also returned. They were injured in the same attack in the Iranian port.

The father of one of the injured youths, Aswad Khan, identified as Jehanzaib Khan, said Express Pakinomist that they were residents of Banaras. His son was seriously injured, while the other two youths suffered minor injuries. The other injured persons were said to be residents of Keamari.

The injured were shifted to a hospital in Karachi while Yasir’s body was transported to his residence via an Edhi ambulance.

Yasir’s body was handed over to Pakistani authorities at the Taftan border, after which it was handed over to his family. After the necessary documentation, the body was sent to Karachi.

His family members and the families of the injured had reached the Taftan border a day earlier. Representatives of the Government of Balochistan were also present with the families.

Yasir, a resident of the Maripur area of ​​Karachi, had gone to Iran six months ago on a work visa.

He was working on a tug at Bandar Abbas Port in Iran when a missile targeted his boat, resulting in his death.
