Atlanta Braves has chosen Outfielder who was shaken Kelenic to Triple-A, about a week after being the center of controversy in the clubhouse.
Ronald Acuña Jr., Braves -Star Outfielder, exempted that manager Brian Snitker’s response to a reporter after the skipper did not reprimand Kelenic for a lack of hustle during the team’s 19th April.
Kelenic smashed a baseball on the right field and he went out of the batter’s box, as if it were a home drive. But when it hit the top of the wall and stayed inside the ballpark, he tried to turn what should have been a single to a double.

Kelenic was thrown out on the second base, where he would probably have had a stand-up double if he had not jogged out of the box.
After the game, Snitker did not understand the reporter’s questions about disciplining Kelenic, which caused Acuña to express her opinion of X.
“If it was me, they would take me out of the game,” he wrote.

Acuña later deleted the post, but many people saw it and brought it up to cuts.
For Acuña’s double standard post, he has history on his side.

In 2019, cuts him for accidents on the bases when he did the same as Kelenic. However, Acuña decided to stay at the first base after he realized that the ball was not going out as he had hoped.
“He didn’t run,” said Snitker at the time via ESPN. “You have to run. It won’t be acceptable here.”
Now Kelenic’s demolition to Triple-A Gwinnett is not directly correlated with his lack of congestion, but rather his lack of production to start the season 2025. He just hits .167 with a .531 ops in 65 record performances so far.
Once one of MLB’s top prospects with the New York Mets, Kelenic has not had the best time in the big ones that began with Seattle Mariners as part of the trade for Mets closer Edwin Diaz and former with Robinson Cano.
