Brendan Gunn, the brother of the Australian Breakdan Raygun, has been indicted by the Australian securities regulator for running a cryptic fraud.
The Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) accuses Gunn with a criminal act bearing a maximum of three years in prison, a fine of $ 37,800 or both.
Raygun, alias Rachael Gunn, is an Australian breakdan, whose Olympic appearance from 2024 collected widespread attention on social media. Although Gunn dropped out of the Olympics, her Bisarre performance pulled a lot of Ire from social media and gave birth to several viral memes.
ASIC said Brendan Gunn transported two blank controls from three victims, a total of $ 181,000 ($ 113,000) for crypto investments. Gunn was the director of the Mormarkets PTY LTD, which accepted the deposit for Crypto an overseas investment.
Gunn appeared in front of a local court on Tuesday and is scheduled to appear in court on April 29.
