The National Football League first painted slogans as “End Racism” in final zones in 2020 after a summer of racing tensions.
The specific message was ditched for this last season Super Bowl, but others remained.
Despite the league’s efforts to promote unit, the NFL legend Brett Favre feels that the messages are counterproductive.

“I feel they maintain a divisive attitude. The phrases “Select Love” and “It Take All of Us” were painted in final zones from Thursday’s Philadelphia Eagles-Dallas Cowboys Matchup. These were the same messages painted under the Eagles’ Super Bowl -Se win over Kansas City Chiefs, and changed from the “End Racism” message.

Before Kickoff on Thursday, the black national anthem was performed, receiving backlash on social media.
“NFL, you have to stop opening the season by singing” Black National Anthem “… We have a national anthem,” wrote a user of X.
“This is the most racist, woke up browing Bull S — I have ever heard of,” said another.
