Brooke Hogan, daughter of WWE Legend Hulk Hogan, Was not present at her father’s private funeral service in Florida on Tuesday.
Instead, she chose to honor him in what she called “the most real way,” she knew how she looked at the sunset with her family.

Brooke who’s married to the past NHL player Steven Oleksy went to social media the same day as Hulk’s funeral to explain her decision to skip the intimate collection.

“My father hated the morbidity of funerals. He didn’t want one. And even though I know people mourn in many ways – and I’m so grateful for all parties and events arranged to honor him, like his daughter, I had to make my own decision to honor him the best and most real way I knew how … privately … in, was to pop up the law of law that watched it waves … and that sunset. “
Brooke Hogan sent a series of photos to her Instagram of her and Oleksy and their twins who enjoyed a sunset on the beach.
“Dad, we honored you in the simplest way that agreed with my soul. We took our babies to the beach and put them in the same salty water that you loved. Molly loved the water. I think she will be a ‘little fish’ as you called me.

Brooke Hogan shares emotional tribute to Father Hulk Hogan after his death, addressing their alienation
“We love you and honor the things that made you so special. Every grain of sand and every wave reminded me to be your beach baby and brought us closer to you. I pray that you are at peace and know how much I love you. Rest in heaven, dad.”
Hulk died on July 24 After suffering a heart attack in his home in Clearwater, Florida. He had a history of atrial fibrillation, a heart disease that causes irregular and rapid heartbeat. He was 71.
Brooke was alienated from his father in recent years of his life. After his death, she wrote a long and emotional tribute to her father, where she also managed the complexity of their relationship.
“We’ve never had a ‘big fight’,” she wrote. “” My dad and I ‘never fought.’ It was a number of private phone calls that no one will ever hear, know or understand. ”

Tuesday, close friends and family gathered in the Indian Rocks Church, the same place where the wrestling legend was baptized in 2023 to honor him in a Private Funeral Service.
WWE Icons like Paul “Triple H” Levesque and WWE former Co-Ceo Stephanie McMahon were among those who participated in the service. Other celebrities, including Kid Rock, Bam Margera and others, were seen.
