Cleveland Brown’s Linebacker Devin Bush was indicted for harassment and wrongdoing with simple assault after allegedly chasing a woman through her house in Pittsburgh and crushing her phone.

A woman who identified herself as Bush’s girlfriend allegedly told the authorities who arrived at his home in Sewickley that he assaulted her, took her car keys and broke her phone in the process.

The woman alleged Bush, 26, broke her phone so as not to allow her to call for help.

An officer from Bell Acres Borough Police Department wrote in the charging documents that the argument began after the woman brought Bush’s friend up and a mess in the kitchen.

The woman began to record Bush on her phone, police said, after he was “more aggressive.” She claimed Bush chased her and attached her to a massage table and put “her full body weight on her” to grab the phone.
