Emma Heming Willis looks back on her met Gala Date Night with her husband Bruce Willis back in 2009.

The British actor and model, 46, took to Instagram stories that day this year’s biggest fashion night, started in New York with a Throwback moment from his own 2009 look.

Carousel Repost showed that Emma poses next to her husband Bruce, whom she had married the same year.

Emma dressed in a stumpy V-neck black dress for this year’s theme “Model as MUSE: Body Made fashion”, while Bruce shook a classic black tuxedo.

“My met date. What a fox,” she wrote along the story.

The original carousel also wore a sweet confession from the actress.

“One of the many reasons I fell hard for Bruce was because he never takes anything too seriously,” the caption read. “As you can clearly see here on our first (and last) met Gala, as newlyweds back in 2009. He’s just ready for a good time, no matter where or when and I am here for it.”

Emma met Bruce in 2007 and married him two years later. The couple shares two daughters Mabel, 13, and Evelyn, 11.

Bruce also has three older daughters Rummer Willis, 36, Scout Willis, 33, and Tallulah Willis, 31, with ex-wife Demi Moore.

Bruce’s family announced his retirement from acting in 2022 after his aphasia diagnosis. They later shared that his condition had arrived at the frontotemporal dementia in early 2023. Die hard Star has been out of the limelight ever since.
