Semler Scientific (SMLR) added to its Bitcoin (BTC) Holdings last week.
The company acquired 167 BTC for $ 16.2 million or an average price of about $ 97,000 each, according to a SEC archiving on Monday morning.
The purchases seemed to be mostly or completely financed through the sale of joint share, where the company revealed that it was sold 1,166 million shares for $ 39.8 million under its April 15 on the market (SMLR, previously revealed Bitcoin purchase on April 25 and April 30).
Semler has now 3,634 Bitcoin acquired for $ 322.3 million or an average price of $ 88,668 each. At Bitcoin’s current price around $ 94,000, the stocks are worth more than $ 340 million.
