Leslie said that on paper looks the fever’s list “Great.” Indiana joined Sydney Colson, Sophie Cunningham and Dewanna Bonner to the guard plan and re -hire Stephanie White as their new head coach.
The Basketball Hall of Famer said with the construction of the schedule and the increased expectations that are also added.
“So when you talk about Caitlin in her second year, she is more experienced she has had time to rest. She has had time to really re -group and see exactly where she wants to go,” Leslie said. “Obviously, (the fever) has lots of new players, a new coach. And it also builds a lot of pressure. It’s so hard to win. It’s not easy to win the first year that you get a new coach, new teammates and you are trying to build this chemistry. I don’t want to put too much pressure. I think Indiana Fever, as far as paper, looks amazing.

Clark did not make the American woman’s national basketball team to Paris -ol in 2024. However, it seemed to be a blessing in disguise as she seemed to be more synchronized with her fever teammates after the Olympics break than she was at the beginning of the regular season.
Indiana played playoffs in 2024 for the first time since 2016, when White was still the main coach. The fever ended 20-20 in 2024 and has brought key players back like Kelsey Mitchell, Aliyah Boston, Natasha Howard and Lexie Hull.
