Caitlin Clark out for the season

Indiana Fever Star Caitlin Clark will miss the rest of the 2025 season, the team announced on Thursday.

Clark’s second year in WNBA has, to put it mildly, been injuries. But it was a groin injury that she suffered from the game before the All-Star break, which eventually cost her the rest of the 2025 season.

“Caitlin has worked so hard throughout this time and done everything to recover and return to court, but in the end the time is not on our side,” Fever Coo and GM Amber Cox said in a news message. “While we continue to work with Caitlin and give her every resource we have available, there is not enough time left in our season for her to return and her long -term health and well -being are still our highest priority.

“We look forward to having her back at full strength to start the season 2026.”

Clark suffered a bone brand late in his recovery process.

She was back in shots, but never returned to full contact 5-to-5 action with her teammates.

Clark played only 13 games this year for the fever. She dealt with a quad tribe earlier this year before suffering from her current disorders. She average 16.5 points, 8.8 assists and five rebounds over 31.1 minutes per day. Match.

Clark’s injury is only one of many who plagued the fever list all year.
