“I am so excited about Indy to host WNBA All-Star this weekend. I would like to thank Indianapoli’s Host Committee and all the people who have put up endless work in the past year to put together this event,” she said. “I know this will be the best all-star yet.
“I’m incredibly sad and disappointed to say that I can’t participate in the 3-point competition or all-star game. I have to rest my body. I still want to be at Gainbridge Fieldhouse for Al Action and I look forward to helping Sandy (Brondello) train our team for a win.

Clark suffered the damage in the diminishing moments of the fever’s victory over the Connecticut Sun on Tuesday night. She seemed to finish her upper leg on a rejection pass for Kelsey Mitchell.
Injuries have been the most important story for Clark this season. She has missed almost a dozen game due to injuries, but still managed to lead a fan who votes for the All-Star game.
It’s unclear how long Clark will be out for.
