Transgender -Athlet has continued to appear in California under California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) events despite Trump’s executive order to ban biological men from competing in girls and women’s sports.
Trump called California Gov. Gavin Newsom in a post about truth social.
“California led by Radical Left Democrat Gavin Newscum remains ‘men to play in women’s sports.’ This week, a cloudy male athlete won on a major event ‘Everything’ and is now qualified to compete in ‘State Finals’ next weekend, “Trump wrote. “As a man he was a less than average competitor. As a woman, this transitional person is practically invincible.
“This is not fair and completely degrading for women and girls. Please be advised that federal funding on a large scale will be withheld, perhaps permanently if the executive order of this subject is not observed. The governor, even said it is ‘unfair.'”
Newsom previously talked about transgender participation in girls’ sports back in March with prominent conservative Charlie Kirk.
“The young man who is winning the state championship in the long leap in female sports should not happen,” Kirk said. “You, as a governor, should go out and say no. Would you do something similar? Would you say that no men in female sports?”

“I think it’s a matter of justice. I totally agree with you about it. It’s a matter of justice – it’s deeply unfair,” Newsom told Kirk. “I don’t fight with the fairness question. I totally agree with you.”
Kirk pressed Newsom about whether he would condemn that athlete from the Jurupa Valley High School after the athlete won another event at the time. Newsom did not directly treat the victory, but said “It’s a matter of justice.”
“So it’s easy to call the unfairness of it,” he said. “There is also a humility and a grace. … These poor people are more likely to commit suicide, have anxiety and depression. And the way people speak to vulnerable societies is a question that I also have difficulty with.
“So both things I can hold in my hand. How can we solve this problem with the kind of decency that I think you know is inherent in you, but not always expressed about the question?”
Newsom also explained his view at a press conference on April 2 when asked if there should be a allowed to ban men from competing in girls and women’s sports.

“And I am as transparent about this as someone out there, especially in my party, on this, and to the extent that anyone can and do it in a way that is respectful and responsible and could find some kind of balance, then I am open to that discussion. … you are talking about a very small number of people, a very small number of athletes, and my responsibility is to tackle the pressing questions in our time.
“And this, I think, has been colored in and weapons by the right to be 10 times, 100 times greater than it is, and then my focus is on a myriad of other questions in this state. And to the extent that anyone could find this right balance, I would embrace these conversations and the dignity that hopefully presents itself in this conversation, which means humanity about this conversation, not the politics of this conversation.”
Trump wrote in his truth social post on Tuesday that he would talk to Newsom about it.
“I want to talk to him today to find out which way he wants to go? He wrote.

Pakinomist Digital reached the Newsom’s office and CIF for comment.
Trump’s administration has already warned CIF and Athlete’s High School of Consumer to allow the situation. The union was under further control as its officials allegedly forced athletes to remove shirts reading “Protect Girls Sports” on the southern section providers on May 10th.
