While the price of cement currently ranges from RS13,850 to RS14.05 pk. 10 kg bag, individuals can use a 30% discount by registering via the EHSAAS program’s 8171 portal.
On the other hand, Pakistan’s cement exports experienced significant growth during the first half of the financial year 2024-25. Exports increased by 23.21% to $ 167.47 million compared to $ 135.93 million in the same period last year, according to Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS).
In terms of volume, cement exports increased by 33.82% year to year and reached 4.69 million tonnes during July 2024-25, up from 3.50 million tonnes in the same period the year before.
December 2024 showed particularly strong performance, with cement export rose 45.47% years to year to $ 31.89 million. In one month to month, exports in December also grew by 3.04%and reached $ 31.90 million compared to November $ 30.96 million.
