The Woods family has added more hardware to the trophy.
Charlie Woods took home Team Taylormade Invitational Title Wednesday at StreamSong Resort Black Course in Bowling Green, Florida, for his first American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) victory.
Woods began the day tied to 9-Under and ended with a final round 66 to get out on top of a 71-player field that included four of the top five players in Ajga.

Woods’ final round contained eight birdies and two bogeys, and he closed with four straight pars. He won the event with three strokes in front of the fifth ranked Luke Colton, Willie Gordon and Phillip Dunham.
Woods opened the tournament with a first round 70 but followed a 65 Tuesday. He competed in just his fifth AJGA event and his former best finish was a draw for 25. At the Junior Invitational in Sage Valley in March.
Woods already has several wins on his resume, with his first coming in the 14-15-year-old category at Hurricane Junior Golf Tour’s big championship in June 2023. Later that year he won the last chance regional golf tournament.

Last summer he qualified to compete on the American junior amateur, but failed to cut. He recorded his first ever hollow-in one at the PNC Championship, where he went with his father.
His father has 82 professional winnings, tied with Sam Snead for the most ever. Fifteen of these victories have come in Majors, and his last big victory was the unforgettable Masters 2019.
Tiger, who has not won a tournament since Zozo in 2019, is recovering from a broken Achilles, which he sustained only a few weeks before this year’s Masters. In 18 official events since he finished tied to ninth by the 2020 Farmers Insurance Open, his best finish was a draw for 37. At 2020 pga the championship.

Last year, Tiger competed at only five events, including Genesis Invitational and the other four majors. He retired from Genesis, ended dead at the end of the masters and missed the cut in the last three majors.
