Charlize Theron finds that romantic relationships with peers in the entertainment industry are out of bounds.
Actress, 49, lifted the lid on his dating preferences in a recent episode of Call her father Following her split from model Alex Dimitrijevic in November 2024.
“No, my god. No, no, no,” Theron replied, when host Alex Cooper, 30, asked if she would “a man in the industry.”
“I don’t think dating anyone in my industry is a smart thing,” said Oscar winner. “I’m not saying it’s impossible. I’m not saying it’s not binary. I just think it’s generally not a good thing for me.”
Theron, who previously dated Dimitrijevic for 18 months before being split in November 2024, also revealed that she continued with parents and dated separately.
“I don’t have to share them with anyone,” she said of daughters Jackson and August. “I love that I don’t have to drive every f ****** things of a guy.”
Theron also said she has strong boundaries with her lovers. “I can tell that no people are moving into our house while my daughters are there,” added the old guard star.
Theron also threw dating -Apps like “of ****** Clown Show”, who joked that profile -red flags include Burning Man photos, photos with other women or a “selfie in your closet of your hand in a jean pocket.”
The MAD MAX: FURY ROAD Actress also shared that although she is open to long -term commitment, it does not include marriage. “I’m not missing a relationship. I’m not missing the partnership that I think people think you’re missing out on when you’re me,” Theron said.
“I recently did a 26-year-old and it was really f ****** amazing, and I never did,” she admitted.
