If there is a safe effort that someone can make before the Super Bowl Lix, it is that the players and coaches’ feelings run high from the time they get up in the morning through the game.
Kansas City Chiefs star Chris Jones is not one to hide his tears like “The Star-Spangled Banner” played before the game. He has been seen lets his tears flow down the face before the game starts – whether in the playoffs or during the regular season.

He explained to journalists during the week, which is why he is crying.
“Quick story. I saw the movie ‘300.’ One of my favorite movies, you know? “In a feeling of playing football, I actually go into that mindframe, just as I might not come home tonight – knowing that I’m going to make it home, but knowing I go to war. It becomes bloody. It becomes physical.
“So in the middle of the National Song, I have to put myself in that mindrame.”
Jones’ feelings were first put in the national light before Chiefs played New England Patriots in the AFC championship in the 2018-19 season. The patriots won that game.

Since then, the TV cameras have found that Jones lets it loosen in the sidelines.
“I also pull back and go over all the obstacles it took me to get hit, in a way. Thinking about it, all that manifests,” Jones added. “Tears start rolling because I’m so angry. I go through so many feelings. Something (negative) someone said like, three weeks ago, I remember. I’m just full of feelings.”
Jones is one of the toughest defenders that Kansas City has on his defensive front.
The six-time pro bowler had five sacks and 37 tackles in 15 games this season. He has a sack and five tackles in the playoffs this year. He has 3.5 sacks in 21 playoffs in his career.
Jones seems to give Eagles fans something to cry about on Sunday.
