Kansas City Chief’s wide receiver Deandre Hopkins had a few words about how the Super Bowl Lix was called after the team’s 40-22 loss to Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday night.
Two sanctions early in the game drew attention from social media. First it was the offensive passport interference call of Eagles wide receiver AJ Brown, then it was an unnecessary roughness call of Chiefs Cornerback Trent McDuffie on Eagles Tight End Dallas Goedert.

“It’s my first year of chiefs, and I saw a lot of things in the media about the judges, but what will you all say about the judges and us?” Hopkins told journalists. “There were a lot of touchy calls. Will you report it? Want to talk about the judges now?”
Hopkins had two catches of five goals for 18 yards and a touchdown. He had a massive fall in the game when he seemed to slip and fall as he was driving his route. Then he fell a passport that could have gone into plenty of yards and possibly building speed.
