This last Sunday, Marquise caught the “Hollywood” Brown two touchdowns for the first time in almost exactly four years.
The last time Kansas City Chiefs Wide Receiver found the end zone twice before this last Sunday was back on October 11, 2021, when he was a member of Baltimore Ravens.
Maybe he had some help though.

“All honor to God. I was just baptized Friday, so all this weekend has been great to me,” Brown told the media after the game.
Brown sent a video of his baptism to his Tiktok account. According to Sports Spectrum, Chiefs’ Team Chaplain, Marcellus Casey, christened Brown and Casey’s wife Brown’s fiancĂ©.
“Live for Jesus. Served others,” Brown caption.
“I was baptized when I was younger, but I feel like last year I had a lot on me mentally. It all boils down to ‘don’t worry about those extra things.’ I was in the second guess a lot of things, and as a believer, that’s not what to do.
“To let God know that I am a supporter of him, all this is a blessing, it is from him, and I do not take it for granted.”

Brown has become a surprising revelation for Chiefs and finds goals in the middle of Rashee Rice’s suspension and Xavier Worthy’s injury in week 1, which kept him out until week 4.
With Kansas City, however, is fully healthy now, but brown figures to stay in Patrick Mahomes’ circle of confidence.
Brown was not the only footballer who was baptized this weekend. Jacksonville Jaguar’s two-way Star Travis Hunter was baptized a few hours before his match against Seattle Seahawks.
“It’s Sunday. It’s God’s Day. I have planned to be baptized for a moment. I changed my life to become a better man. It means a lot. I become a better man and leave my old self and started a new chapter,” Hunter said via Espn.
