Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes did not have time for the rubbish that took place after their victory against Detroit Lions on Sunday night.
Detroit Lions Defensive Back Brian Branch Snubed Mahomes’ postgame handshakes to start a quarrel with Chief’s wide receiver Juju Smith-Schuster. Eventually, he pushed Smith-Schuster on his face and ignited a melee for a few moments before the two teams went to the dressing room.

NBC’s Melissa Stark asked Mahomes what happened in the scrub.
“I mean we play the game between the whistles,” Mahomes said. “They can do all the leisure examinations they want to do, but we play the game between the whistles.”
It was as intense as someone has seen Mahomes after a win of the season. The smiles faded as Mahomes’ eyes beamed forward.

At the press conference after Game, Mahomes just wanted to move on from the incident.
“At this point it is kind of what it is. You just have to move on. We won the football game (and) I thought we were doing a good job and playing well, but now we’re on Raiders,” he said.
The branch is likely to be fined for its role in the quarrel with a possible suspension that is also coming.
