He filed the trial in the US District Court of Western District in Missouri on Sunday.

In the trial, Robinson claims he was called to a meeting in February and accused of attacking a female employee and that Chiefs refused to show him security video of the meeting. Robinson was ultimately fired from his position involving dressing spacing, mentorship and other responsibilities in the team.

The trial claims Robinson received a salary of $ 125,000 of Chiefs, but that his research found other NFL teams that paid comparable positions an average salary of $ 171,932, not with other benefits. It also claims that “Chiefs paid African American business employees less than their white colleagues.”

Chiefs spokesman Brad Gee told Associated Press on Wednesday that although he could not comment on pending legal affairs, “To be clear, Chiefs does not tolerate discrimination of any kind.”
