Kansas City Chiefs Star Tight End Travis Kelce does not make any decisions about his potential retirement – yet.
Kelce, 35, opened to what his NFL Future has during a recent episode of “New Heights.”
“I know everyone wants to know if I’m playing next year and right now I’m just kicking everything down the road. I kick every time I can down the road,” Kelce said.

The three-time Super Bowl champion finished his 12th NFL season, which ended with a 40-22 demolition of Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl Lix.
“I don’t make any crazy decisions, but right now the biggest thing is just being there for my teammates and being there for my coaches understand that there’s a lot going into this thing. I’ve been lucky over the course of The last five, six years I have played more football than anyone else.
“The fact that we are continuing to go to these AFC championships and Super Bowls, that means I play three more games more than everyone else in the entire league. It’s a lot of wear on your body.”
“It’s a lot of time in the building … That process can be overwhelming. It can weigh on you. It can make you better and it can make you crazy. Right now it was one of the things where it made me crazy this year.

With Chiefs’ incredible success in the past eight seasons, Kelce has played 25 playoff games and added almost one season and a half value of games to the 175 regular seasonal matches he has played in his career.
Kelce was still productive this season, but his yards (823) and touchdowns (3) in the regular season this year were the lowest he has had for a whole season.
In the Super Bowl, Kelce had only four catches in 39 yards, all of whom came with Chiefs, who were afterwards with several touchdowns.
“As you see yourself or feel that you don’t have this success that you once used to have, it’s a tough pill to swallow,” Kelce said.
“Not to be there in the greatest moments, knowing your team is counting on you, it’s all extremely tough things – it’s just a tough reality.”
The tight end of the star said he would take some time to find out.

“I think I owe my teammates that if I come back, it will be something, that is a wholehearted decision,” Kelce said.
“I’m not half-by it. I’m fully here for them and I think I can play. It’s just whether I’m motivated or whether it’s the best decision for me as a man as a human being who a person to take on all this responsibility.
If Kelce decides to retire, he is likely to be a first-ballot hall of famer and will go down as one of the best tight ends to ever play in the NFL story.
