Chinese envoy praising paf for ‘commendable utilization of equipment for Chinese origin’

Chinese ambassador to Pakistan Jiang Zaidong called on air manager Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu during an official visit to the Ausal Headquarters in Islamabad on Tuesday, the military’s media wing reported.

During the meeting, both dignitarian employed a comprehensive and in-depth discussion, which covers a wide range of topics, including engagements at the company level, defense cooperation and the developing geostrategic environment in the region, according to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

They emphasized the importance of coherent and collaborative methods of tackling new challenges, and they highlighted the need to maintain the maximum operational readiness and ensure rapid coordination in the midst of the ruling regional security dynamics, the statement states.

The aerial chief of the air personnel expressed gratitude to the People’s Republic of China for its continued support and unwavering friendship. He also acknowledged China’s instrumental role in helping Pakistan’s defense maternity and technological advances, especially in domains in the development of human resources, technology transfer and collaborative research and development.

Both sides confirmed their mutual obligation to institutionalize regular high -level exchanges, expand joint operational exercises and explore multilateral frameworks to strengthen collective reactions to new threats, says ISPR.

Ambassador Zaidong praised the unparalleled operational expertise of Pakistan Air Force staff during the recent standoff on the eastern front and described it as a reflection of PAF’s high standards and unhealthy commitment to the national defense, it added.

He paid tribute to PAF’s professionalism and its commendable exploitation of Chinese origin equipment and technology to prevent hostile aggression.

The ambassador also recognized PAF’s operational efficiency and strategic sharpness to use original solutions and advanced systems to protect national interests under the visionary leadership of air manager Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu.

By confirming China’s sustained support, he insured full technical assistance to Pakistan Air Force to further strengthen its air defense functions, the statement says.

He hailed further Pakistan’s obligation to confidence and noted that PAF’s investment in original technological processes has begun to produce promising results. He emphasized that a continued focus on homework innovation would further raise the country’s defense position, it added.
