Hollywood actor Chris Hemsworth just got honest about his experience of drumming to Ed Sheeran.
For those who are not daring, this collapse happened during Sheeran’s National Geographic Unlimited: Live better now Series, over a year ago.
At that time, Hemsworth had only a few months to actually “mastering the instrument and conquering his nerves to appear in front of 70,000 fans.”
As for that, he said, “It’s a challenge that pushes him beyond his limits.”
The actress talked about this with Screenrant during a promotional event and admitted, “I would say that playing drums in front of 70,000 people with Ed Sheeran in Bucharest was probably the hardest, even though I never want to get pepper sprayed again.”
For those who are not daring, the series has just premiered on Disney+ and Hulu this Friday.
Around the time it took to actually prepare, Hemsworth admitted, “I can do intense training, extreme cold, fasting, all this, but learning to play the drums was the way out of my comfort zone.”
Before concluding, he also became a little honest and admitted, “it didn’t come naturally to me, so I had to dig deep, embrace my fears and confidence that all the practicing I had done would pay off.”
