- New recordings for The Fantastic Four: First Steps was revealed on Cinemacon 2025
- The Sizzle wheel confirmed a great fan theory of the first trailer of the Marvel movie
- It is unclear if MCU -Phase 6 -The Movies’ Latest Teaser will be released online
Marvel detectives you’ve done it again. One week after Sleuthing -fans claimed they had prepared Avengers: Judgment Dayplot, a great fan of fanta about The Fantastic Four: First Steps‘First trailer has been proven correctly.
During yesterday’s (April 3) Walt Disney Studios Showcase at Cinemacon 2025, Marvel Chief Kief Kevin Feige revealed new scenes that will not be released in public, in my opinion-from the warmly expected Marvel phase 6 movie. And in a surprising reversal of the events, The Fantastic Four: First Steps‘The latest teaser revealed that fans had the right to be curious about something they saw in the film’s first round of shooting.
Larger spoilers immediately follow for The Fantastic Four: First Steps. Do not continue if you do not want to know anything prior to its release on July 25.
As revealed on social media by Cinemacon participants, Sue Storm, who will be played by Vanessa Kirby in Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), will be pregnant for part of Fantastic Four’s latest restart of the big screen.
This does not come as a huge shock to some fans. As I mentioned earlier, MCU had devoted their suspicion that Sue Storm was with a child as soon as The Fantastic Four: First Steps‘Initial trailer fell online.
Several viewers pointed out that Kirby’s Storm and Pedro Pascals Reed Richards under the Teasers Scene, where Kirby’s Storm and Pedro Pascal’s Reed Richards show an individual around their home, looked something about Storm’s Midriff. As a result, a number of fans theorized that Marvel had edited the footage to hide her baby pump. Thanks to the film’s cinemacon sizzle -wheel we have confirmation that storm will not only be pregnant but likely to give birth to his first child in First step.
Why Sue Storm’s pregnancy is so great in the amazing four: first step
Potentially large spoilers follow for Fantastic Fours MCU debut.
Let’s cut straight to the hunt: Storm’s pregnancy is such a huge deal because it means that Franklin Richards, Storm and Reed’s firstborns appear in First step.
For the uninitiated: Franklin Richards is not only an extremely powerful creature in Marvel Comics, but he is also someone with incredibly close ties to galactus, alias First step‘Big Bad, which will be expressed by Ralph Inseon.
And when I say ‘incredibly close ties’ what I mean, they are related. No, Galactus is not Franklin’s real father – he is actually Franklin himself.
Well, in a Marvel Comic Book series, anyway. ‘Earth X’, a limited cartoon from 1999, sees Richards take on the mantle of the planet development of cosmic unity after the death of Johnny Storm/The Human Torch, aka Sue’s Brother and of Proxy, Franklin’s Uncle.
Now it is incredibly unlikely that Galactus that appears in First step will be the future form of this universe’s Franklin Richards. After all, there have been several versions of the character through Marvel’s famous story, many of which have not been Franklin Richards to begin with.
Of course, time travel and dimension shopping are found in Marvel Cinematic Multiverse (MCM), so it’s still an option. However, I do not think it is the wisest move to have Marvel’s first family face against a villain -like version of offspring from two of their team members. Not now, anyway.
The more likely scenario is that Galactus – and his most famous herald, alias the Silver Surfer, which was shown for the first time in First step‘Cinemacon Sizzle real – travel to the ground for another reason. This creature, Galactus, which is interested in Franklin Richards because of his potent reality hose and teleporting.
If Galactus learns about Franklin Richards’ abilities, I suppose he would have commands for his own dishonest purposes. Namely, to be able to travel over the Multiveret to devour as many planets as possible in an attempt to saturate its endless hunger.
It could eventually lead to Fantastic Four being transported to MCU. Marvel has already teased that the super group is not actually found in MCU (appointed Earth-616), but lives in an alternative reality. If their land is destroyed by galactus because they refuse to extradite Franklin, First step may end up with Franklin Teleporting his family to Earth-616 to escape Galactus and survive in another dimension. It would also set the scene for the team’s admission and probably a big role in Avengers: Judgment Day.
This is all speculation on my part. But based on what we now know about Franklin’s probable introduction in First stepIt’s the most logical theory I can come up with.
We don’t find out if I’m right until one of 2025’s most exciting new films lands in theaters in late July. Until then, read up on everything else we know about the movie in my dedicated node The Fantastic Four: First Steps.
