Islamabad: Pakistan’s civil and military leadership marked the country’s 78. Independence Day with messages of renewed unity, resilience and commitment to defending sovereignty, tying this year’s celebration to the military success of the Marka-E-HAQ period with conflict with India from April 22 Pahagam attacked on May 10, 10.
The leaders paid tribute to the victims of the nation’s founders and martyrs and emphasized that this year’s confrontation in April – could confront with India, had strengthened the holiness of Pakistan’s freedom and the decision to protect it.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif expanded his sincere invitation to all political parties and segments in the community to join forces to strengthen their decision to protect national interests.
“On this day, I urge all political forces and citizens to unite in the spirit of 1947 and build a strong and prosperous Pakistan for future generations,” Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
“I expand my heartfelt crimes to the nation after the end of 78 years of independence from Pakistan. I pay tribute to the nation’s father, Quaid-in-the-Zam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, and the thinker of Pakistan, Allama Muhammad Iqbal, who, along with other soluble leaders and workers about the independence movement, united the nation’s vision, a mission and a mission and a goal,” the prize, “the prize.
“The last 78 years tell a tale of resilience, strong faith and a hope for a bright future as we as a nation the courage to face several difficult challenges,” he said, connecting the endurance of the country to its military success earlier this year.

While claiming Pakistan’s belief in “peaceful coexistence and resolution of the regional and global issues through dialogue and diplomacy,” he urged India to “demonstrate the same willingness to solve all disputes, including Jammu- and Kashmir.”
The premiere also emphasized the importance of economic stability for national defense and quoted “the significant reduction in electricity stars” and promised to “mobilize all available resources” to meet economic, industrial and technological challenges. “We all have to demonstrate the spirit of Marka-E-Haq and the Pakistan movement,” he said.

President Asif Ali Zardari said, “Let us get beyond our divisions and stand together for a Pakistan built on justice, equality, faith and service for everyone.”
The president linked the festivities to the recent conflict and said the nation marked the day “with a sense of renewed pride and hope as the nation had confirmed its strength, determination and unity in the light of external aggression.”
“Our success in Marka-E-Haq and Operation Bunyan-Eum-Maroos is a landmark moment in our history. It was a demonstration of unwavering national will, professional expertise and united purpose,” he said.
“To unjustified Indian aggression, Pakistan responded with clarity, courage and restraint. The world witnessed a nation that was peace -loving but fully able to defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity,” the president added.
To call it “more than military success,” Zardari said it was “a reminder of what we can achieve when we are united, focused and committed to a common goal” and called on the nation to “channel this spirit to our economic revival, educational reform, technological advances, institutional development and environmental resistance.”
He also expressed solidarity with the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) and added their courage and struggle for justice and their right to self -determination remained close to their hearts.
He also reiterated that Pakistan would continue to expand his unwavering diplomatic, moral and political support until their right to self -determination is realized.

“On our 79th day of Independence, I expand my heartfelt crimes to the nation. I pay tribute to the immortal victims made by our ancestors and confirm that Pakistan was born out of their indomitable spirit and devotion to the truth. I confirm that our nation cannot be defeated as long as we are united,” Dar said.
“I urge any citizen to remain together, protect democratic values and together help to build a strong, dignified and prosperous Pakistan – for today and the coming times,” he added.
He paid tribute to “the decision of our armed forces and our people who stood together to protect our sovereignty,” and said that it reflected “formidable military emergency preparedness” and “a principled foreign policy that has obtained broad international support.”
“When we celebrate our Independence Day and Marka-E-Haq, we are reminded that freedom is not only preserved by defending our boundaries, but also by maintaining the principles of truth, justice and dignity in our international engagements,” he added.
Military leadership
In a joint announcement, Marshal Syed Asim Munir, General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Admiral Naveed Ashraf and Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Babar Sidhu extended “Interior Crime Future.”
They confirmed “unwavering decision to protect Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, maintain the constitution and protect the values that define our national identity,” pay “solemn tribute to the visionaries, statesmen and soldiers who laid our country’s foundations.”
“The unfair bond between the armed forces and the people is the cornerstone of our collective strength,” said the message, calling on everyone to “renew our decision to strive for peace, progress and unity and maintain the ideals of faith, unity and discipline.”
