Islamabad:
The Supreme Court in Pakistan has established the Punjab’s appeal’s appeal to canceling PTI leaders Bails in May 9th riots.
A bench with three members led by the Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi and includes Justice Shafi Siddiqui and Justice Yellow Hasan Aurangzeb will hear the Punjab government’s appeal to cancel Bails for PTI leaders Sheheryar Afridi and Aaliya Hamza.
The Apex Court has also corrected Sheikh Rashid’s appeal to the GHQ attack case. Rashid’s requests for dismissal in the case have previously been rejected by the trial and high courts.
