COAS praised General Mirza for his exemplary leadership, strategic foresight, dedicated service to Pakistan Armed Forces

Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) Gen Sahir Shamshad Mirza paid a farewell visit to Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir at General Headquarters (GHQ), ISPR said in a statement on Tuesday.
During the meeting, the COAS praised General Mirza for his exemplary leadership, strategic foresight and dedicated service to the Pakistan Armed Forces, according to the military’s media wing.
He praised the CJCSC’s pivotal role in enhancing synergy among three services, strengthening joint operational readiness and advancing Pakistan’s national security objectives at the strategic level, the statement said.
The COAS highlighted General Sahir’s contribution to regional stability, military diplomacy and the strengthening of Pakistan’s partnerships with friendly countries, it added.
