CJP praises female judges to strengthen the justice system

Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Yahiya Afridi, has expressed that female judges’ steadfastness has further strengthened the legal system in the country.

On the occasion of International Women Judges’ Day, Justice Afridi issued a message that recognized the invaluable contribution of women in the legal field, especially the role of female judges, reported Express News.

He noted that the increasing presence of women in the judiciary not only denotes gender equality, but also reflects Pakistan’s progressive and moderate democracy seeking to recognize and exploit the talents of all citizens.

Chief Justice emphasized that women judges play a critical role in maintaining the rule of law and ensuring access to justice for everyone.

He also said that their participation in the judiciary promotes public confidence and improves the decision -making process by promoting inclusive, justice and a broader perspective.

Justice Afridi also praised resilience, integrity and dedication of female judges in maintaining justice, strengthening the legal framework and setting an exemplary standard for future generations.
