Cm Maryam Nawaz launches Eid Gift Drive to special kids across Punjab

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has launched a provincial campaign to distribute Eid gifts among children with special needs in front of Eid holidays.

The initiative aims to give Eid gifts to 40,000 special students enrolled in government institutions, according to an official statement released on Saturday.

The action on the Minister of Chief’s Directive visited Special Assistant Sania Aashiq three special education institutions in Lahore and distributed Eid gifts on Maryam Nawaz’s behalf.

The campaign was formally inaugurated at the Government Degree College of Special Education in Johan Town.

Gifts were also distributed by the Government Shadab Institute of Special Education and Government Degree College for Special Education in Nishtar Town.

Sania Aashiq read a written message from the minister of chief to the students and expressed kindness and care during her interactions.

According to Maryam Nawaz’s instructions, gifts and EID cards were personally delivered to each classroom where students expressed joy and gratitude in their own unique ways.

In the apartment, Sania Aashiq also planted a planting in the college lawn.

Main Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif said it was a great honor to bring joy to special children through Eid gifts.

She added that new and innovative projects would soon be launched across Punjab to provide better educational and welfare facilities for children with special needs.
