The chief executive (Coas) General Asim Munir has arrived in the UK for an official visit to attend the 7th regional stabilization conference at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
The conference, a key platform for Pakistan-Uk military dialogue, brings together senior politicians, military officials and experts from both countries to discuss regional security dynamics.
The Army Chief will provide a main address of “The New World Order and Pakistan’s future vision”, which outlines Islamabad’s perspective on developing global and regional challenges.
Upon arrival, the army chief received a ceremonial honorary guard at the historic Royal Horse Guards Parade Ground, which emphasized the importance of Pakistan-UK defense ties.
During his visit, the army chief meets high -level with British officials, including Admiral Sir Tony Radakin, Britain’s Defense Chief, and General Sir Roland Walker, the British Army Chief of the General Staff. Discussions will cover strategic cooperation, fight terrorism and regional security.
The Army Chief will also meet British national security adviser Jonathan Powell and Home Secretary Yvette Cooper, who focus on bilateral security cooperation and shared challenges.
Pakistan and the United Kingdom share a long -standing defense with coincidental sub -determination education, military exchanges and strategic dialogues that play a key role in bilateral ties.
As part of his visit, the army chief will tour British military units, including Land Warfare Center and 1st. Strike Brigade, where he will receive briefings on Britain’s military modernization efforts.
