Cody Simpson finally revealed the real reason why he left Hollywood and returned to his homeland Australia.
Taking to his X account on July 27, Beautiful brown eyes Singer shared that he went away from music to reach his childhood dream.
“I disappeared to grind my a – off for years and reach my childhood dream of making the Australian swimming team,” he replied to his fans who asked, “Where did you go?”
Cody also shared several videos of themselves training as a swimmer, bent his muscles and training in the gym.
For those who are not daring, Cody rose to fame as a pop star after releasing tracks La da dee and IYIYI.
Crononer also made headlines for his relationship with singer Miley Cyrus. He and Flowers Hitmaker called it completed in August 2020 after dating for less than a year.
“It was a kind of mutual decision between us, knowing that we kind of went in different directions in our lives,” Cody said at the time during a performance at Kyle & Jackie O Show.
“I had just started training at the time, so my life changed a lot and I knew I was eventually going to move back to Australia to make it proper and professional,” he added.
