College Basketball Crown: Nebraska wins $ 300,000 prize

Nebraska Cornhuskers will not regret their journey to Las Vegas.

Despite staying in southern Nevada for a long three weeks after not doing the NCAA tournament, Cornhuskers did all worth it by taking the first college basketball crown.

Nebraska took UCF Knights, 77-66, to demand the price of $ 300,000.

The game was tied to 35 per Piece by half and the other half was far too UCF to begin. But it seems that Nebraska took some notes from Houston’s comeback against Duke in Final Four.

The knights came out to a 14-0 race to open the other half, but Cornhuskers reacted with a 24-3 race to lead six by 7:27 to go.

UCF cut it to four a little over a minute later, but it’s as close as UCF came when Nebraska began to continue their takeover and separate themselves.
