LSU Tigers trusted Kade Anderson Arm’s Saturday night in Game 1 in Men’s College World Series on Saturday night and they received a phenomenal performance.
Anderson allowed only three hits against Coastal Carolina Chanticleers and knocked out 10 when the tigers won the game, 1-0. Anderson threw 130 seats in his complete game excursion.

“That’s what we’ve seen all year,” said LSU coach Jay Johnson after the game. “He’s the best pitcher in the country. And did it again tonight. It’s been on the regular every game one of the whole season. Everyone got to see what we’ve seen and known for a whole season.”
Anderson is expected to be a top-three choice of MLB draft.

Steven Milam’s RBI single in the first place was all LSU needed. The tigers had only six hits in the game.
“If it would be easy, there would be more than one national champion,” Chanticleers said Kevin Schnall. “We’ve got to re-group. We’ve won 26 in a row. Let’s just call it is what it’s-odde wasn’t in favor of going 28-0 and winning this national championship.”
LSU seems to end the coast of Carolina on Sunday.
