Rawalpindi:
The Special Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) will conduct the consultation of 11 cases related to violence on May 9, 2023 against 1,279 activists and leaders of PTI, including party founder Imran Khan and former Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Saturday (today).
Special ATC judge Amjad Ali Shah, holds the consultation at the District Courts instead of the Adiala prison. During the hearing, copies of the challenges would be given to those who are back to accused who had not received such papers.
These cases include the GHQ GATE 4 -attack case, the combustion of a sensitive institution’s building in the Sadar area and the combustion of Metro Bus Station.
