Corgis honors the deceased Queen Elizabeth II

Late Queen Elizabeth II loved the Corgi Race. She had almost thirty of them in her palace.

In 2022, a breed of the short leg-dog race was held to celebrate the late Monarch’s 70 years as a queen.

It was called Corgi Derby. Since then it has been held annually and this year it was arranged in Scotland.

During the race, Juno, a four -year -old Corgi, won against sixteen competitors in a 70 -meter race on a racing track.

One of her owners, Alisdair Tew, with a trophy in her hand, the BBC told me that “We trained her this last year, but this year we just go to just let her chase things, especially gulls on Edinburgh’s Portobello Beach,” added, “Juno is always ready for goodies -that’s probably the reason she won.”

Elizabeth’s love for Corgis was elicited by his father, King George VI, who introduced a Pembroke Welsh Corgi TP family in 1993.

He was named Dookie, and from then on, Corgis was constantly attached to the Queen – from coming with her on trips to sleeping under the same roof.

They had even been shown in the popular video of the London Olympics in London London with the queen.
