Court order wage freezing in my blasting case

Abbottabad:

Peshawar High Court (PHC )’s Abbottabad bench has taken a strong action against officials for not presenting required comments in a case related to my blasting activities and withheld their salary.

The court has ordered the senior inspector for mines to act in person and ordered withholding of wages for two officials until they comply with the court’s instructions.

The case was heard by Abbottabad Bench from PHC, with Justice Sadiq Ali and Justice Mudassir Ameer.

The senior inspector for mines has been instructed to act personally in court because of the lack of making the necessary comments despite ongoing explosive activities.

Similarly, wages for the senior inspector for mines and DPO Abbottabad will be withheld until they submit their para-wise comments in accordance with the court’s previous directions.

In the previous judgment handed down by Justice Kamran Hayat Miankhel, the court has changed an earlier order that has instructed the tenant to refrain from using explosive materials to blast mines.

The court also instructed the senior inspector for mines and Abbottabad DPO to legally enforce their orders if any.
