NFC East may have one of the toughest schedules in the NFL this season, but that doesn’t discourage Dez Bryant from predicting which department will take Vince Lombardi Trophy in 2026.
Bryant, the Dallas Cowboys legend, is sure to predict that a team from the NFC East will again hoist the trophy when the Super Bowl LX comes to a finish.
“It’s the division to see. I think the Super Bowl is coming out of the east this year,” Bryant told Pakinomist Digital at Fanatics party.

Earlier this year, Philadelphia Eagles took the trophy and defeated Kansas City Chiefs, 40-22, in a dominant performance in New Orleans.
The Eagles are expected to be the team to knock out of the NFC again, so much less East Division as they return all their most important offensive players, including Saquon Barkley, who received an extension on top of the deal he signed with Philadelphia this last season.

But Bryant’s loyalties have not wandered from his former Dallas team, a group under the new leadership of the head coach Brian Schottenheimer.
After treating George Pickens with Pittsburgh Steelers, Bryant believes Cowboys’ violation could explode this year.
“It opens a lot,” Bryant said. “I don’t know how you are not successful with George Pickens and Ceedee Lamb on the field at the same time. It will cause a lot of problems. Schotty got to get in there and find out the best schedule to score points. If we score points we’re good.”
Bryant intends to go down to Texas for the team’s training camp to see how Schottenheimer causes the group to move by week 1. He believes that the long -time NFL coach who is in his first year as the main coach is already establishing the right culture.

“I love everything he has done from late,” Bryant said. “You have to give him his credit. He has the energy flowing in the building, the guys are happy to be there and the guys would run through a wall for him. So I look forward to seeing what’s going on.”
But there are also the Washington commanders, one of the most surprising teams of 2025, after Rookie Jayden Daniels led the team to his first NFC championship game for decades. They lost against Eagles, but there is much to love at Washington and move forward with Daniels at the helm.
Now the last team in the division is one of Bryant’s old rivals. And until today he doesn’t mind sending shots their way.
“NFC -Ot is crazy right now. Look at the commanders, Eagles, [the Cowboys] now. Giants, they are still at the bottom, I’m sorry, “he said.” But [first-round pick Jaxson] Darts have a chance to be special. “

With NFC East against NFC North and AFC West Divisions during the regular season, Giants, with Russell Wilson, expected to lead the way at Quarterback, can have a hard time getting back in the playoffs.
But Bryant believes the other three teams from the division could be due to running. Of course, he hopes it will be cowboys that will come back in the Super Bowl for the first time since the early 1990s, but it will be fun to see how this department is shaking out with the rest of the competition.
