Bajaur:
Authorities have imposed a weekly curfew in 24 areas of Mamond Tehsil, Bajaur Tribal District as security forces launch a targeted operation against terrorists.
According to an official notification issued with the approval of the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa home department, the curfew entered into force at 1 p.m. 17 Friday (August 16) and will remain in effect until 1 p.m. 17 on August 21st.
The order prevents residents from leaving their homes or moving on roads during the period. Authorities warned that any violation of the limitations would be treated strictly, and individuals whistling the curfew would be held responsible for any unfortunate incidents.

Meanwhile, the Pakistani army has launched emergency construction on the Jarr bridge, which was washed away by the recent floods, which abolished Bajaurs Road Link with DIR district.
Army Engineers, supported by heavy machinery and technical equipment, has been implemented to install a replacement bridge. Officials said the work is done around the clock and is expected to be completed within a few days, after which the important route is reopened for traffic.
