Catching a ball on an MLB game is hard enough for fans in the stands, so much less when your eyes are covered by your daughter.
Under the New York Yankees-Tampa Bay Ray Matchup on Saturday, where the Yes network played a fan who got a miraculous catch with his daughter on his shoulders.
It wasn’t just because he balanced his daughter while tracking the ball. She put her hands over her eyes, just as the ball was about to connect with her glove.

Somehow, the father took the catch on the bad ball and attached it to his chest while he still had his eyes covered.
“It’s Dad’s power right there,” said the former Yankee and current yes networking area Jeff Nelson when they looked at the catch of the catch.

And of course, the moment was complete with a small party and handed the ball to his daughter.
