Bringing Dark Mode to the desktop version of Google Photos is definitely a big step and one that many users will appreciate, but it is a step that we have expected since the beginning of the year. Back at the end of January, Google began announcing a Dark Mode support to Google photos online after its roll -out for search, YouTube, Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Gemini. The initial rollout was displaced, but now it is available to everyone.
