Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy made a bold prediction of Kansas City Chiefs in the middle of Travis Kelce’s recent media exhibitions ahead of the 2025 season.
Kelce and his brother dropped the news that Taylor Swift should be on their podcast. Then Chiefs’ Star Tight spread than a spread with the GQ magazine. Portnoy wrote on social media that Chiefs’ so -called dynasty was “cooked”.

“All jokes aside this media flash from Travis Kelce confirms that the bosses are cooked,” he wrote at X. “As Marvin (Hagler) once said ‘It’s hard to get out of bed to do road work at 5am when you sleep in Silk Pajamas.’
“Chiefs had a sweet run, but ridiculous to compare them with Patriots Mega Dynasty.”
Portnoy, which will be shown on Fox Sports ‘”Big Noon Kickoff”, which starts this college football season is the latest to add his voice to those who think chefs’ dynastic races through the regular season and into the post -season was done.
Chief’s head coach Andy Reid responded to critics Monday.

Kelce even admitted to the GQ interview that some of the leisure activities that have come with his elevated fame have hampered him on the field. He was a major goal of criticism early in the 2024 season for his lack of production.
“I think it might have gone a bit because I had a little more focus on trying to set myself. And the possibilities came up where I was excited to venture into a new world of acting and be an entertainer,” he said. “I’m not saying this like ‘I shouldn’t have done it.’ I’m just saying that my work ethics is such that I have so much pride in how I do things that I never want the product to haul, and I feel that the last two years have not been to my standard.
